RETURNS

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and let you know whether a return shipping label will be provided or whether you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping times for both the original order and any returns may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In cases of defective, damaged or incorrect items, we will either cover the return shipping costs or offer an appropriate solution (such as a replacement or refund), in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
